Location: Essex, SS17 8BX
Contract: Part Time or Full Time (18–42 hours per week, 6–7 hour shifts, including alternate weekends)

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and confident Care Assistants with a genuine passion for making a difference. You'll be part of a team providing person-centred, outcome-focused care for adults, adults with mental health conditions, dementia, people with eating disorders and physical disability.

Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

  • Offering personalised care through a flexible and creative approach
  • Encouraging independence and personal development
  • Supporting individuals with their physical, emotional, and medical needs
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Safeguarding the wellbeing of those in your care
